About the role





CfBT Education Services is inviting applications from highly motivated and committed individuals who are interested in joining our team as an Exams Centre Administrator. This is a full-time role.

The Exams Centre Administrator’s role is to provide general administration and customer support to the Exam Centre ensuring high standard of services is provided in the running of all professional examinations. The role holder will provide main support in the IELTS’ administration and compliance ensuring IELTS examinations are running efficiently and meeting all requirement of the IELTS audit standard.

The role holder will work closely with colleagues within the CfBT Brunei administrative support team, with occasional contact with external clients and stakeholders including various government departments.

The role holder will need to demonstrate a commitment to the Company’s values of Accountability, Collaboration, Excellence and Integrity. This role requires not only technical expertise but strong interpersonal skills.

The position is open only to Brunei Nationals.


Required Knowledge and Experience


  • Education to ‘A’ Level
  • Able to speak and write effectively in English
  • Working knowledge of Exam administrative practices
  • Proven experience within an Examinations administrative function
  • Proven experience of working with external clients
  • Experience in delivering IELTS and other private exams
  • Experience in data collection and preparing financial and statistical monthly report
  • Have a good understanding on the importance of exams security/ audit compliance.


  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Frontline customer service experience
  • Discipline with work delivery
